This package is designed for individuals who are on their second month and are already fat trained and are in Ketosis and are in a position to implement intermittent fasting. This package is designed for individuals who have been on Ketosis before and has fairly good idea in Ketosis but has no time to calculate their macros and calorie intake, shopping, researching for recipes, do grocery and cook-rather prefer to open box and eat ready meals prepared as per his/her BMI and lose weight.

In a 30-Day cycle twice a day meal deliveries that you need to consume except apple cider vinegar, electrolyte, water, tea or coffee. One-week meal plan that repeat every week. Lunch and afternoon snack is dispatched at noon. Dinner, next day breakfast, morning snack is dispatched at 6pm.
