In a 30-Day cycle twice a day meal deliveries that you need to consume except apple cider vinegar, electrolyte, water, tea or coffee. One-week meal plan that repeat every week. Lunch and afternoon snack is dispatched at noon. Dinner, next day breakfast, morning snack is dispatched at 6pm.
