Frozen 7 Days Weight Loss Package 2M2S (2 meals 2 snacks)

This package is designed for individuals who are on their second month or beyond and are already fat trained and are in Ketosis and are in a position to implement intermittent fasting and are also out of our delivery zone.  This package is designed for individuals who has been on Ketosis before and has fairly good idea in Ketosis management but has no time to calculate their macros and calories intake, shopping, research for recipes, do grocery and cook-rather prefers to open box and eat ready meals prepared as per his/her BMI and lose weight. This meal plan is required in the first month to start off. This package includes a jar of ghee to sauté your blanched veggies. Standard ingredients are used in preparing this package.
